Can we expect Pinterest to include the 'Buy Button' that would allow users to make purchases from the social bookmarking service?

No Pinterest is working on providing high quality pictures to the user free of cost, they can even earn better with the advertisement they don't need to offer these buying things.

I hardly think that will happen, Pinterest is a social picture site that provides a huge collection of pictures to users, and option for others to share them. They will hardly add such a button as it will make the site look a bit spammy.
