How good is bootstrap for a beginner to start with designing? Is there any other better framework for the beginners?

Yes. I started to learn WordPress. And I stopped for now going behind bootstrap

Bootstrap is a framework, its good to use , but in my opinion just like with other frameworks for example laravel for php you need to understand the base code fisrt before you canuse the shortcuts of frameworks .

I think both Wordpress and Bootstrap are good ways for beginners to start frontend development. But I feel like WordPress is much more friendly.
