hello friend
i have one problem. i have create two same website and create one blog for two website. now i have start submission of blog for my two website.so it can be spam our website or not

So you create 2 similar websites, meaning having the same content, site structure, etc.? It is not recommended to do so due to the content duplication. It's better if you could change out 1 site, create unique content for it; it's better for your site SEO job in the long run.

My suggestion to you is that change one site because as you are saying that you have made two same sites then their content is also same.Google will not accept duplicate content.
