Don't go establishing a blog based on what's profitable, I suggest that you pick a niche you are interested in.
I'm sure at some point it'll be profitable.

There cannot be a person who does not have a particular hobby and something in which he/she is better than others. You should ask yourself that what thing make you better than others and focus on it. I am sure you will get the best topic for your blog quite soon.
