Hello, as you can tell I am a new person here and I would love to know what are the best legit websites in order to earn money on the internet. I am a college student and it is very difficult where I live to find a job because I go back up to college in the fall and I am just wondering where can I get some extra money from?

You should go to freelancing sites and build you profile there. Bid on the projects that suits to your skills & knowledge and get hired for freelancing project. This way you can earn money and also some work experience that may help you in future.

Well, I do not know if you are a college student in the US, but I know a site that helps US students pay down their student debt. I do not make much money online. I just joined Smarter Bucks not too long ago, so my first loan payment has not been made.
I am so sorry for assuming you are financing your education with loans and not scholarships or cash. Please, forgive me. I am financing most of my education with loans and was excited to find Smarter Bucks.

Here is a link if you would like to check it out.

I have thought of these freelancing sites also. I was concerned that they were a scam though. I always joined because they were free to join. But, then to get top priority on jobs you would have to be a paid member of the site. This concerns me a little. I am always nervous about giving my money to these sites. I have been scammed a time or two.

I wonder can you suggest a particular freelance site you use? Thank you in advance.

You can join GTP sites which offer you a variety of surveys, tasks, and other things you can do to earn points from their website. You can then turn those points into Paypal cash, or gift cards. You can also offer gigs on any freelancing site, the best one being Fiverr at the moment. They limit you to $5 each sale, so I would recommend something that doesn't require much work. You can also start writing articles for money. Bubblews pays over time if you write many articles. It pays per view, like, dislike, comment, etc. Other sites like Textbroker pay when you write a specific article on a niche for someone and get paid afterwards.
