There's a place called Pizzeria Bianco which is located in Phoenix and it has a wood-fired oven and pretty much all the ingredients are fresh and home grown. There is always a line of people waiting to get in because it only holds about 40 people and the food is just so good. I probably go about twice a year but it's definitely worth the wait.
