Best Open-Source ERP Solutions for Growing Businesses – Any Recommendations?

Hey everyone,
I'm currently exploring open source ERP systems for a mid-sized business, and I’d love to hear your experiences or suggestions.
We’re looking for something flexible, scalable, and preferably with a good community or support ecosystem. So far, I’ve come across a few names like:

• Odoo – Seems very popular with tons of modules.
• ERPNext – Clean UI and quite developer-friendly.
• Aureus ERP – Newer to me, but looks promising in terms of customization.
• Dolibarr – Lightweight, probably good for smaller setups.
• Metasfresh – Aimed more at wholesale/distribution businesses.

Has anyone here worked with Aureus ERP? I’m curious how it stacks up in real-world usage compared to the more established ones.
