Best food to eat

Fruits are best food to eat, because fruit has been recognized as a good source of vitamins and minerals, and for their role in preventing vitamin C and vitamin A deficiencies. Fruit helps maintain optimum health due to the health promoting phytochemicals it contains many of which are still being identified.

Foods that are rich in essential nutrients and low in fat are best food to eat. I like to eat green vegetables and fresh fruits. From these food source, I am getting ample amount of nutrients, proteins, vitamins and minerals which is required for a healthy and functioning body. Most of the time, I avoid drinking sodas and junk food as my main course of diet.
