I have not used them before. Just look for reviews that also have what people do not like. If a review is all good i am not sure they are honest. Most people will have something they would like different and you know they are honest when they tell you.
Compare hosting companies make a list of what you need like c panel or linux or windows. Then see where they have the servers and if you target one country use servers in that country. I like hosting that does not have set up or upgrade fees and no vat taxes.
