Guest posting:
>It is used to post article with getting permission from sites owners.
 
The aim of both strategies is just the same which is submission.
It is just that guest blogging is more in increasing credibility within a chosen niche.
Article submission on the other hand is diversifying resources.
 
Article submission is just writing an article and posting it on any article submission site.Where as guest blogging is not as easy as an article submission is.For article submission you are not required to be perfect , a beginner can also submit article.
But to post a guest blog you have to present quality content for a handsome period of time so that other person may invite you to write something good on its own site.So keep posting good information.

I adjust many sites favor or not?
 
In Article submission, you submit your content to article directories or article websites whereas in Guest blogging you contact the blog owner of a blog to send you content. If he approves your content, then he will publish your content on his blog.
