Are We Forgetting About Entry-Level Workers in the Remote Shift?

Something that’s been on my mind: remote working might be great for experienced professionals, but is it hurting entry-level workers?

In a traditional office, junior employees naturally pick up skills just by being around more senior people. With everyone remote, that kind of informal learning doesn’t happen as much.

So I’m curious if you manage or mentor junior staff remotely, how do you support their growth and development? Are there tools or techniques that help bridge the gap?
