Hi, my previous employer used to develop training simulator using AR/VR technologies. We started out by developing the design and layout of the program, but we hadn't AR/VR developers on board.
Later on I was assigned a task to find a company who can convert our scenes into a Unity VR project. I did some research on LinkedIn and Twitter, but all the developers were either unavailable or very expensive. I found Vironit company offering VR or AR developers on Upwork. We ended up working together and these folks were pretty good.

As far as I can judge, you are the people who follow trends and this is amazing. Recently I have read an article about vr trends and I learnt that now this technology is implemented nearly in every sphere. The biggest companies announced the usage of VR technologies. I think that this is a good sign for all the people involved.
