We’ve mostly used freelancers for design, but consistency has been a problem. I’ve heard of companies hiring remote graphic designers on a full-time remote basis, especially from talent hubs in India.
If you’ve done this, did it feel like having someone embedded in the team, or was it more like outsourcing?
Great question! In our experience, it doesn't really matter whether your remote designer is based in India, a logo designer in Dubai, or anywhere else—the key factor is how effectively they communicate, collaborate, and deliver quality work. We've worked with remote designers who felt completely embedded in the team, regardless of location. With the right tools and expectations, remote can feel just like in-house.
