Howdy! I need more information about Allegiant air, is it reliable airlines?

Hello, I want to tell you that Allegiant Air has excellent flights from start to finish. Customer service was good, Harrisburg check-in was slow, they only had one person working. But I found allegiant air phone number and asked them to guide us. My printed boarding passes only worked for one of us and not the other three, so we just used the Allegiant Air app to check in. The 40lb bag weight limit is a bit rough, but we'll use Allegiant Air again anyway.
