I want to signup for Adsense for YouTube can you tell me the process and list of countries inwhich adsense for YouTube is banned..

Brazil,Turkey,Germany,Afghanistan,Libya Thailand have all blocked youtube in their countries.There are also a few other countries who have blocked youtube and other social media sites.

No need to asking for a list, just log in to your YouTube account and sign up for AdSense, if there will be difficulties then you are not eligible for the program. As simple as that!
