Hi! I use google app everyday. I just wonder if there is there any other way to manage google app securely? Can you share how you protect all the important data you have? Please help! Thanks.

Make sure to change your sharing settings on the Google apps and update your password once in a month to keep your online data safe. Also you can attach your mobile number to your Google application to keep your account safe from any trespassing.
