I suggest using a vps from www.vultr.com if you need popular cpanel it is an extra $15/month but if not you could use free Vesta control panel which I am loving so far. Let me know if you need any help.

I recommend using www.vultr.com they only bill by the hour and service/support for me has been great so far.
