    How do I add my own avatar?

    I go to "edit avatar" and I can see the stock avatars that are available, but I would like to upload my own and I don't see an interface where I can upload my own image. Thanks.

    How much effort is required to successfully manage your site on a dedicated server?

    If I'm understanding correctly, when you move from a shared server to a dedicated server you have to take on many (if not all) of the server admin responsibilities. If this is true, then about how much work/time would be normally required? Is this something an average admin can handle on their own?
