Large Format Tile Installation Pros Cons

Hey everyone! I’m looking at these massive 24x48 porcelain tiles for my living room, but my brother says they are a nightmare to install. Does anyone here have experience with them? Are the fewer grout lines really worth the extra cost and hassle for a DIY project?

Hello there! I actually just went through this exact process and I can tell you that those large tiles look absolutely incredible once they are down. The main pro is definitely that seamless, high-end look because you barely see any grout. However, the downside is that your floor has to be perfectly flat or you will get a ton of lippage.
