Building a full "Immortal" set for Pudge – best strategy?

I’m on a mission to build the ultimate Pudge set, but my wallet is crying just looking at the prices of some of these older Immortals. I need the Ripper's Reel, the Scavenging Gutterer, and maybe some cool off-hand item. I’ve tried the in-game store, but obviously, most of the good stuff isn't there anymore.
