To install your Linksys Router, connect it to a power source & to your modem with an Ethernet cable. Open a browser & visit 192.168.1.1 or myrouter.local. Click through the in-browser setup directions to set your network name (SSID) and password. Finish setting up & reboot the router to take effect.

To Reset your Linksys router, locate the reset button on the device. Press & hold it for 10-30 seconds using a paperclip or pin. Release the button & wait for the router to reboot. Upon reboot, the router will be restored to factory default settings, and you can reconfigure it.
