Is my understanding to Twitter correct ?
If no one is following you on twitter and you just make a tweet , Will others be able to see you tweet ?
Unless you are replying to any others tweet ?
Is it right ?
 
If one one isn't following you than no one can't see your tweet ! You must need to follow anyone & need followers than you can more enjoy Twitter !
 
Are you both forgetting the fact that your tweets can be found in Twitter's extremely popular search feature?

Heck, most new followers will find you through there anyway. So yes, your tweets can be seen. That doesn't mean they will be seen (although the same can be said even if you have followers)

The best time to start getting active on Twitter is now. Tweet away!
